Holder of the ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after same and agrees that the organizer, venue, promoter, presenter or participants are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes. This ticket is a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding and purchase price hereon. Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after same and agrees that the organizer, venue, promoter or participants are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes. Breech of the foregoing will automatically terminate this licence. Holder agrees that license comprised by this ticket may be removed and the holder ejected from the event for which this ticket is issued in the event the holder violates an law, ordinance or venue regulation. Holder grants permission to organizer, sponsors, promoter and participants for the event for which this ticket is issued to utilize the holder’s image or likeliness, or my minor dependents in connection with any video transmission or other transmission or reproduction of the event which this ticket replaces for use in art, advertising, promoting or other media for the purpose of promoting Taste of Cayman, Camana Bay or related events or places without prior approval of such use and confirm that such use shall be without enforcement of payment.
