Over the past 32 years Taste of Cayman has grown from humble beginnings to become Cayman’s largest culinary celebration. In its first year the festival centered around a group of restaurants from the Cayman Islands Restaurant Association meeting in a field for a chili cook off. The event has now evolved to having over 45 restaurants, over 5,000 attendees, multiple competitions and over 18,000 portions of food enjoyed. The 2020 event promises to be bigger and better than ever before, celebrating Cayman traditions and a rich culinary heritage through Heavy Cake and Mixology competitions, plus some exciting new features which we can’t wait to share with you!
